Installation Guide:

Step 1: Preparing the Roof Deck


  • Ensure the roof deck is clean, dry, and free from dirt or debris.

  • Replace damaged or weak roof decking before installing underlayment.


Step 2: Laying the Underlayment


  • Begin installation from the lowest section of the roof and work upwards.

  • Overlap adjacent sheets by a minimum of 4 inches.


Step 3: Securing the Underlayment


  • Fasten with cap nails or staples spaced at 12-18 inches along the edges and 24 inches in the center.

  • Avoid over-driving nails to maintain integrity.


Step 4: Final Inspection


  • Ensure proper overlaps, fastener placement, and surface flatness.

  • Maintain ventilation to prevent condensation buildup.
